Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A 15x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 75,000 in bets before cashing out. It does not mean you need to deposit that amount — just cycle your bets through the games.
Example: PKR 5,000 bonus × 15x = PKR 75,000 total wagering required before withdrawal is unlocked.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While using bonus funds, most casinos cap the maximum stake per bet — typically PKR 250–500 per spin or wager. Placing a bet above this limit while bonus funds are active can result in the bonus being voided. Always check the specific cap before playing high-stakes rounds.
Example: If the cap is PKR 400, do not place PKR 1,000 slots spins while your bonus balance is active — it risks forfeiting the bonus entirely.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing your wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, meaning every PKR 1,000 staked on slots counts as PKR 1,000 toward your rollover. Live casino and table games usually contribute only 10–20%, so they take much longer to clear a bonus.
Example: PKR 1,000 on slots = PKR 1,000 wagering cleared. PKR 1,000 on Baccarat (10% contribution) = only PKR 100 wagering cleared.
Bonus Expiry Window
Every bonus has a time limit — commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within this window, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Check the expiry date as soon as you claim any offer.
Example: A bonus credited on the 1st of the month with a 14-day expiry must be fully wagered by the 15th — otherwise it disappears.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus cannot be withdrawn — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky (or "cashable") bonus can be withdrawn along with winnings once wagering is complete. Most welcome bonuses at 28x777 are non-sticky, but always confirm in the specific promotion terms.
Example: With a sticky PKR 5,000 bonus, if you wager successfully and want to withdraw PKR 12,000, only PKR 7,000 (your net winnings) can be withdrawn — the PKR 5,000 bonus principal stays in the account.
Maximum Cash-Out Limit
Some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings — for example, a maximum cash-out of PKR 30,000 regardless of how much you actually win while playing with the bonus. Winnings above the cap are removed when you make your withdrawal request.
Example: You win PKR 80,000 from a bonus with a PKR 30,000 max cash-out cap — only PKR 30,000 will be transferable to your withdrawal balance.
